Focusing on your upper body, this massage helps to calm and release tension from the day to day stresses of life and restore balance and harmony within your body.
Nourishing and revitalising, this session is ideal for anyone suffering tension in the upper body or wanting to improve upper body flexibility.
Thai Herbal Compress

90 Minutes – £80
Combining a full body oil massage with a heated herbal compress, this massage soothes the muscles, relieves pain and stimulates vital organs and senses.
Both invigorating and relaxing, this treatment rejuvenates your energy and works with your body’s natural energy lines to re-balance your natural energy and healing. The heated herbal compress allows further muscle relaxation and goes deeper into the tissue which allows for further relaxation and tension release.
